Leadership Blind Spots

Every human has a physical blind spot, a point in our field of vision for each eye that we simply cannot see. A recent global study  we conducted shows that leaders and leadership teams have blind spots, as well. These blindspots are the gap between how leaders believe they behave and how their employees actually say they behave.
